There is nothing more enjoyable and rewarding than exploring one's voice, whether
it's on your own or in the company and support of others on similar journeys.
I hope you'll give me the opportunity to help you discover and unlock your vocal potential.

Please read some testimonials from past and current students as well as colleagues:
"I am so grateful for all the progress I have made under your instruction. Hearing myself on that recording brought tears to my eyes and it's all because of you."
- Monique Caron (current adult student)
"I am so happy with the progress I've made working with you. At first I was a little shy and it showed in my voice. You encouraged me to express myself more confidently and freely. All the advice you have given me not only applies to voice but life in general. I am grateful to have you as a mentor."
-Priscilla Hammonds (current adult student)
"Stephanie, I just wanted to say that in the few lessons you've had with Anja, I'm not sure what you did specifically, but she sounds a lot better all around. Even her chorus teacher recognized it. I've noticed it in her audition song, she's leaps and bounds from where she started. I have a feeling you had something to do with that, just a guess. :)
And she looks forward to the lessons with you every week. Thank you much for everything you've done so far."
- Anu R. (parent of vocal student)
"She works with students of all ages - children through to seniors! - and does a fabulous job. She teaches theory to support the practical aspect too and also teaches performance. In August, 2014, I went to see the "end of project" performance she directed - Project Cabaret, at Villa Musica Community Music Center. She worked with 5 adult students - none of whom were professionals nor who had done much performance - and they presented a one-hour piece, singing group numbers and solos, from musical theatre and cabaret repertoire. It was wonderful. I was so struck by how each singer connected so well with the song and really brought out such meaning and significance."
- Vanessa Dinning (Voice/Dialect Coach)
"I’ve always enjoyed working and learning in a group and the voice class provides the group experience under the wise and loving guidance of Stephanie Sabin. I found the class to be helpful and fun. Being a “woman of a certain age,” I’ve wanted to keep my voice pliable and youthful. In the voice class and in private lessons, I have found her approach to be tailored to my special needs. She is helping to bring back for me the “joy of singing”! "
- Mai Lon Gittelsohn (former private student)
